United Staff
A multi-language B2B platform for an industrial staffing company, built to win the trust of decision-makers searching for workforce solutions across the Baltics.
The Brief
United Staff provides qualified personnel for construction, logistics, warehousing and industrial projects across Estonia, Finland and Sweden. They needed a corporate platform that clearly explains workforce services, builds trust with B2B clients, and supports cross-border operations — not just a brochure site.
We designed a conversion-focused, SEO-optimized platform with a clean industrial interface: separate paths for employers and job seekers, a personnel-categories section, and a structured content hierarchy built to perform well in both search engines and AI-powered search.
Since launch the site has given United Staff a clear B2B positioning, faster trust with corporate clients, and better visibility for the searches procurement teams actually run.
What we built
- Three languages (Estonian, English, Russian) with correct hreflang, so employers and workers see the site in their own language.
- A request form with a live price estimate: the client picks the number of workers and the hourly rate and sees the cost per hour straight away. Two modes: a quick shift request and a long-term supply.
- Six role categories: warehouse workers, kitchen and HoReCa, general labourers, housekeeping, production line and shift cover. Short videos for the main roles are on the page.
- A four-step flow: request, people selected within 48 hours, work on site, and payment for the hours actually worked.
- A compliance block: registration badges (MTR and TÖR) and a plain-language explanation of the legal side of renting workers.
- A guide section with six practical articles for employers (MTR and TÖR registration, payroll taxes, no-show rate, the HoReCa labour market, warehouse shift scheduling).
Under the hood
A fast static site (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) on a global CDN, with GSAP scroll animations.
