Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you work with us or use this site.
Last updated: January 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of openweb.ee and any project you engage OpenWeb360 OÜ, an Estonian company ("OpenWeb360", "we", "us"), to deliver. By using this site or signing off on a proposal with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Services
We design and build websites, SaaS products, brand identities and ad campaigns. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price for a project are agreed separately in writing (a proposal, quote or contract) before work begins — these terms cover the general relationship, not project-specific details.
3. Quotes & Payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Projects are typically billed with an upfront deposit and a final payment on delivery, or in milestones for larger engagements, as agreed per project. Late payment may pause active work.
4. Revisions & Scope
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds, agreed at kickoff. Requests that go meaningfully beyond the original scope are treated as a change order and quoted separately before we proceed.
5. Intellectual Property
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables (design files, code written for you, your brand assets) transfers to you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our own portfolio and marketing, including on this site, unless you ask us not to. Third-party tools, fonts, stock assets and libraries used in the project remain subject to their own licenses.
6. Client Responsibilities
Timely feedback, content and access (hosting, domains, accounts) from you are often needed to keep a project on schedule. Delays on your side may shift the delivery timeline accordingly.
7. Warranties & Liability
We aim for every deliverable to work as agreed and will fix defects reported within the post-launch support window stated in your proposal. Beyond that window, our liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or data, to the extent permitted by Estonian law.
8. Third-Party Services
Some projects rely on third-party platforms (hosting providers, payment processors, APIs, no-code tools). We're not responsible for outages, pricing changes or policy changes on platforms we don't own.
9. Termination
Either party can end an engagement with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point; any deposit already paid for unstarted work is handled per the specific project agreement.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute not resolved directly will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Active project agreements are governed by the terms in place when that agreement was signed.
