OpenWeb360 OÜ ("OpenWeb360", "we", "us") is a design and development studio based in Tallinn, Estonia. This policy explains what personal data we collect through openweb.ee and our client work, why we collect it, and how you can control it. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact details you submit through our forms or email — name, email address, and the project details you share with us.
• Correspondence you send us, including messages, call notes and attachments related to a project.
• Basic technical data from visiting this site — pages viewed, approximate location (country/city level) and device/browser type, collected in aggregate for analytics.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (health, religion, political views, etc.) through this site.

3. How We Use It

• To respond to inquiries and discuss potential projects.
• To deliver and support work for active clients.
• To send project-related updates and, where you've agreed to it, occasional studio updates.
• To understand how visitors use our site, so we can improve it.

4. Legal Basis

We process your data based on your consent (submitting a form), the performance of a contract (active client work), and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business and website.

5. Who We Share It With

We don't sell your data. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us run our business — for example our form-handling provider (FormSubmit), hosting provider (Vercel), and scheduling tool (Calendly) — strictly to the extent needed to provide their service to us, under their own privacy terms.

6. How Long We Keep It

Inquiry and project data is kept for as long as needed to deliver the work and meet our accounting/legal obligations, and is deleted or anonymized afterward unless you ask us to retain it for a specific reason.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@openweb360.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

8. Cookies

This site uses minimal, functional cookies/local storage to remember basic preferences. We don't run third-party ad-tracking cookies.
