Yhteistyöprosessi on läpinäkyvä ja rakenteellinen. Projektin alussa pyydämme teknistä määrittelyä (TM) asiakkaalta, jonka perusteella laadimme yksityiskohtaisen kustannusarvion. Se sisältää kaiken työn, aikataulut ja palvelujen kustannukset. Kun asiakas hyväksyy kustannusarvion, työ alkaa.

Alkuun vaaditaan 50 % ennakkomaksu. Ennakkomaksun vastaanottamisen jälkeen aloitamme verkkosivuston tai logon suunnittelun. Tehtävän suoritettuamme asiakas saa lopputuloksen. Loput maksusta tulee suorittaa prosessin päättämiseksi.

Tämä lähestymistapa varmistaa molemminpuolisen vastuun ja varmistaa asiakkaan valmiuden lopulliseen maksuun tyytyväisyyden jälkeen. Avainasia on selkeys ja luottamus jokaisessa projektin vaiheessa, luoden edellytykset onnistuneelle yhteistyölle.
